The problem
The brand was an established seller on third-party platforms but not on the search engines
When The Lejoux Stroller engaged with us, they were already making big moves on Amazon. The brand had a strong social media following and some known influencers promoting the products.
However, the organic search results were thriving, with leading retailers such as Mama & Papas, Argos, and Halford’s ranking, with no niche brands anywhere near the first page.
The solution
Deep category pages, blogger outreach and capturing customers at the top of the funnel
The website was in a technically strong position and only had a few common Shopify SEO issues that we resolved immediately, and the brand already had credibility from social platforms and was highly rated on Amazon.
So, as soon as we started the campaign, we created a content strategy that honed in on the target audience of their customers – we covered the age of the children, favourite colours, and common uses.
Additionally, we liaised with their internal marketing team to identify exactly how customers searched on Amazon and produced content tailored to this data.
The result
Ranking alongside national retailers and increasing organic transactions by 262%
This eCommerce SEO strategy significantly increased coverage across the search engines, and the brand now ranks on the first page for over 150 new keywords, including 90 transactional terms covering colours, genders, and uses.
These rankings have resulted in a 595% increase in organic users and a 262% increase in organic transactions, which has led to the brand acquiring hundreds of new customers through organic search.
